    <description>&lt;P&gt;My 02 signal has been down since Monday 15th April and it is now the 18th - please advise when mast will be repaired!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;a refund would be appropriate after no signal for going on 4 days and it isn’t the first time!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
