I went into a O2 store this morning, changed to
a new eSim, live immediately.

If you don't live by a store you can O2 can send
a eSim by email, though this might arrive with delay.

You can call O2 on 0800 032 1402 from a Skype
account for free I you don't have another line !

I would be contacting o2 to be honest and either getting a new esim sent out, or do it via 360 on the web... Best thing to do is via Twitter, so just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

As we can only go on our experiences, and just checked my data esim and that has connected as well.

I managed to fix it. Luckily I kept the original card with the QR code on it from my esim (if you don't have that this won't work). Simply deleted the esim from my phone (if it asks for you to move all your esim contacts don't do that). Then reinstalled the esim from the QR code as normal. Line is now working. Not a perfect situation and definitely something that O2 should be accepting and telling people they are investigating but at least this can help in some way. Sorry to those without access to the original QR code.

I have via my O2 app on wifi connection able to get a hold of one of the advisors and suggested resetting eSim. O2 advisor can reset it for you on their end and resend a new eSim to install on phone via the app (you don't need to do anything with current inactive eSim), the new eSim will automatically deactivate it. I've now got signal.
