    <description>&lt;P&gt;Looks like they have ordered you a new sim card which disconnects your current sim immediately&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing you can do but wait for the new sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try asking customer service to reconnect your sim but finding an adviser to be able to do that could be tricky&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just noticed I have lost my mobile data on my iPhone. &amp;nbsp; I have been discussing SIM cards, adding and cancelling with customer services. Could someone have pressed the wrong button somewhere.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
