      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was late for a bill, it’s has been paid but since I haven’t had any service, how can I rectify this as I have no service to call O2 up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
