I am receiving calls from a private number during the night, sometimes up to 19 calls, for the past 2 nights. Is there any way to find out who is calling me?

I'm afraid not.

Set your phone not to notify you of incoming calls from anyone not in your call list during sleep hours

Not really. Even the police can only get this information if they are investigating a serious crime :-
