Hi.

I am writing to ask if anyboidy can explain why every kind of data (5g and below) is basically non-existent after having had decent speeds until 3 days ago.

The coverage checker does not report any service issue, but i have no way to connect to internet via phone, and i need it for work.

Since i am paying a good amount for illimited data, i think i'd need an explanation.

Alternatively, can i change provider even though i am in the middle of my contract with O2?

Thanks.

Luca

In simple terms, mobile data speeds are dictated by the amount of capacity available divided by the amount of users. Thus the on-screen signal bars are an indicator of coverage not of quality.

You can have excellent speeds in poor coverage, just as much as poor speeds in good coverage..
