      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, I have escalated the issue with upper group of technicians and they informed me that that will resolve the issue within 5 to 7 days , I also called apple technical expert they have said the problem is from 02 , they need network carrier update&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you mate I know some of the technicians are not fully trained and doesn’t know about solving problems, if you say something they understand different&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in case they are unable to solve my issue I will surely send the item back to them, more than 11 months I’m paying the airtime which I’m not using at all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
