      <title>Unable to update username &amp; password</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received the text advising me to update the above but when I enter the number (the one the text was sent to) it says to enter the number that received the SMS???? I have 2 numbers on my account and mine is the main number and also even though it was the one that received the text, it won't let me progress.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also received 2 letters and followed all instructions and again it won't recognise my number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas or do I just scrap o2 and find a different provider as I am starting to get really frustrated with them over it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
