    <description>&lt;P&gt;Nobody from O2 here as this is a customer to customer Community&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Instead try the web version&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If none of that works then&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can call O2 on 202&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Or use the social media links below&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Message them on Social Media.       <title>Can't Log into My O2 app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having trouble accessing my O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after switching phones, I wanted to get my number ported to my new phone, this came with a multitude of issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eventually, the agent gave me the go ahead and I could use my old number on my new phone, the caveat is however that I cannot log into my O2 anymore!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apparently my account has yet to be set up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;even though before I was able to access it with ease.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone fix? or at least get into contact with me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
