After numerous hours of my time on hold to technical assistance asking why my phone number hasn’t been ported over yet . It’s now 12 days and there’s no explanation of why this hasn’t been done. It’s in the back office to deal with is what I’m told . I’m also told I’d updated with the progress. Whilst in conversation I’ve checked time and time again my keep number and pac code given . I’ve had my business number for 28 years so this is a massive inconvenience to me. Any suggestions appreciated

Unfortunately, there is nothing much we can add. Just customers here now.

Your experience is not unique.

Maybe worth going down the social media route, but they are slow to respond and will want the occasional poke

<LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: How to find help & contact O2" id="Guide058"></LI-PRODUCT>
