    <description>&lt;P&gt;Give it a couple of days to see if their systems update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's all a bit of a mess right now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure when all the issues will be sorted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.
