      <title>Getting No Help</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been called O2 for 2 times both the times it’s difficult to get through an agent and they are placing on hold for half an hour and than saying we transfer your call and then they are disconnected a call so waste of time every time we call . I simply want to pay of contract and it’s seems like too difficult to pay off as no agents help ful today when I spoken to a first person was sounding half sleepy and just put me on hold for half an hour with no reason . I want to raise the complaint&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
