Please can you cancel all my eSIM swap requests. I had a nightmare swapping to eSIM and it looks like I’ve accident ordered multiple esims

can these be urgently cancelled

I'm in the same boat. It's completely broken and it seems like I have made 8 or so orders in the last 24 hours. All I did was order a new phone and collect it from the shop, and then follow the eSim instructions on the O2 website (which don't produce a QR code online, or an install link in the app).

I can't phone them unless I have wifi as the old sim card is deactivated immediately. I'm going to have to go back to the store and request a physical sim card as I won't be at home when they are open (they would likely just post me a physical sim anyway). The eSim is a significant downgrade from a physical sim, instead of waiting for everything and then having 24 hours of faff when it changes over i have the product immeditiately, but not only does it not work, it stopped the old one from working.

They are efficient but will have to post the physical SIM to you.

Other ways to contact O2, such as Skype, are in :-

<LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: How to find help & contact O2" id="Guide058"></LI-PRODUCT>
