    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Moto G63 5G phone that has stopped showing the caller ID for incoming calls. Problem started suddenly in January after a system update. I really need to be able to see the caller ID correctly - does anyone know of a fix for this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a known problem with o2&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5486830"&gt;@TenaciousPug&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, to the point where they have created a bolt on to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is called the CLI Presentation - see below.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that does not work then o2 would have to do a rebuild of your entire account - a master "turn it off and on again" if you like.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In both instances you need to contact customer services, either by calling or using social media. Numbers and links are in this guide:&lt;/P&gt;
