      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have closed your account with o2 then your access to your My o2 will have been stopped as well&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5482154"&gt;@Saha&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you paid by direct debit, then assuming you have not stopped it with your bank o2 will pay your refund back.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have then you need to get in touch with o2 customer services.&lt;/P&gt;
