      <title>My rolling plan has vanished</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My £10 Rolling Plan has vanished without warning. O2 was not able to take automatic payment this month, which has happened before, but when I paid £20 in the account (to account for next 2 months) it didn’t automatically return to my £10 Rolling Plan and instead been charging me for individual texts as if I was on no plan, when I’ve agreed to be on one. This has never happened before. I’d like help getting put back on the plan I’d agreed to and refunded the amount I’ve been charged unknowingly for texts i’ve made today.
