      <title>Not receiving SMS/Phonecalls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been using O2 for the last 5 years. I recently started having trouble receiving text messages over a month ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to an O2 shop and they tried my SIM in another phone and realised it was indeed a problem with the SIM. They suggested that this needs higher level support and asked that I call O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried calling O2 multiple times and each time I get told something new would ring me back. This has happened 4 times and once they sent me a brand new SIM. Even after switching this problem is there and sometimes I don't get calls - it says invalid number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried for over 4 weeks to get this sorted. I haven't got anywhere with tech support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions welcome!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
