      <title>Cant access my mobile bill</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a new mobile Samsung Galaxy A14 last October from your O2 shop in Ashton Under Lyne&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This Phone was for my wife Lorraine Hargreaves&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We cant view the monthly bill for this number &lt;SPAN&gt;[Edited]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I already have a contract with O2 for mobile No &lt;SPAN&gt;[Edited]&lt;/SPAN&gt; Account No &lt;SPAN&gt;[Edited]&lt;/SPAN&gt; of which we have no problem viewing this bill&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Both contract are for Sim only&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you please help&lt;/P&gt;
