    <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phone on the 25th January 2024 with anew sim card, I have had 4 since, all the bars have been lifted, as I had my old phone stolen on holiday. Since then I've rung up and emailed. There is a ticket on going,&amp;nbsp; but I have not been able to use my phone for the last 2 weeks and still waiting for a response. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All the bars have been lifted, the shop staff have never known such a problem. The investigation is still ongoing with O2. I had a phone call Monday and I was told another team are looking into it. I am hoping it is resolved this week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
