      <title>Virtual assistant</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had no network connectivity for 9 days. When I attempt to speak to agent via virtual assistant I am sent here to community help. I am desperate for help, now being told via email that work on local mast is continuing until 7th March!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does any one have any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WiFi&amp;nbsp; calling is also not working. I am confined to my home so unable to check if I have connection in different areas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
