I have the above phone and need to insert SD card. The manual clearly states the slot is located on left side of phone but there isn't anything there. Have triple checked with others who confirm this.

I need to do this quite urgently.

There should be a small hole. Use the tool provided or a paperclip. Place in the hole and press. The SIM tray should pop out

Thanks. But that's the problem. There is no pin hole. The side is completely flat. Three others have looked. Even put a moist cloth over it to get air hole (I know, daft but desperate!).

Surely it goes in the same tray as the sim slot....

@Seb1995 How did you put your sim card in? It's the same tray for the SD card. Your A23 is the same as any other.
