    <description>&lt;P&gt;We got a new SIM card for my daughter and looked to port her old number over to her new SIM from plus net.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ported it over but used the wrong SIM and used my SIM. I now have my daughter's number!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spent two weeks on the phone to O2 customer services with no outcome??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need my old number back and hers ported to the right SIM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I get my old number back?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a ticket number but had no contact from O2 since?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
