    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi my samsung A22 5g 64gb isnt connected to the mobile network i think it might have been since the virgin&amp;gt;o2 switch, text messages ("waiting for connection") not working or mobile data, can someone help please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive tried using the virgin apn's and reverting to the o2 apn&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarted phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Re-inserted sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers, Hollie&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your best bet is to pop into an o2 store with Photo ID and do a sim swap in store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your other option is to call o2 from another phone on 0344 8090202 and get one sent out to you.. (o2 will cease that sim until your new one arrives... yes its a daft thing.. but hey ho.. )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
