      <title>Virgin O2 merger - missed SIM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Due to a long travel abroad, i missed the O2 SIM sent to replace my Virgin one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now unable to use my phone and also i cannot get any support as the advisors are trying to send via message a security PIN which i cannot receive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need you to send the SIM to a new address please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5443912"&gt;@Nek66&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No one will send you anything from this customer forum, this is not customer services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your best option is to take Photo ID with you to an o2 store and they can issue a new sim to you..&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;IF you need to update your address it can be done in myo2 when you get the new sim, as you need to receive the pin.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
