      <description>&lt;P&gt;I pay monthly and as far as I’m aware it’s being taken out my bank. I have signal and Wi-Fi but when I try to call out the call fails. People can call me but not the other way. I can call on WhatsApp because I have Wi-Fi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have turned airplane mode On and off and do not disturb.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;please can you help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
