Hi -

I'm paying £75 per month contract and I have the WORST reception I think I've ever had from a mobile network. I complained a while back and was told to enable voice over internet for when I'm in the house as there were works in progress. The works have long since finished and I still get zero/poor signal in my home and frequently have no network or emergency calls only when I'm out and about. Can you PLEASE help fix this or release me from my contract so I can get a network that has good reception in my area? Hamish

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
