      <title>No Caller ID on Incoming Calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help please, I've just switched to O2 from Tesco Mobile, and now all incoming calls are showing Unknown or no caller ID.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I see multiple people here have the same issue, have called customer service multiple times but keep getting told to check my phone settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Clearly its not a phone setting issue, and something on the O2 side.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;same problem !just bought new phone magic 5 pro 512g, swap new 5g SIM but no caller number,use vodamfone sim is working, before use old o2 sim is working, change new one , same problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just moved an esim to my new iPhone 15 Pro and guess what... No incoming Caller ID !! After speaking to O2 (and they suggesting I enable Caller ID - which is enabled but that is for outgoing calls!) they have raised a ticket and said it will take 5-10 days for somebody to investigate and fix!&amp;nbsp; Not impressed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi , the only thing that has worked for me after a long winded process was 02 resetting my account. The cli add on did not work. They reset my account a couple of weeks ago and that seems to have sorted the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
