      <title>Can’t login to my O2 account on the app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I’ve been trying to login to my o2 account to check my data and I am unable to login. I have tried resetting my password, deleting and redownloading the app but I still can’t login.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error message I am met with is;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Oops. My 02 isn't available to you yet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Don't worry, you can still manage your account in My 02 for web.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don’t understand why as i have always been able to login to my account with no problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate you’re help, many thanks, Abi&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5171157"&gt;@Oxonian&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Mainly to do with bills, able to see credits from community awards but things like setting your spend cap too&amp;nbsp;come to mind.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually it is best just to access it on your phones browser and play to compare the two&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think the layout is better&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
