      <title>Phone and Sim blocked</title>

      <description>&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;Hi, My husband thought he lost his phone and called O2 to block it. He then went into an 02 store to get a new sim. He called and let support know that he found his phone and they said they would unblock and should wait 24 hours. He continued to get error saying network not registered. He spoke to the support team who asked him to check his new sim in another phone. The sim worked. I put my sim in his blocked phone and this worked. O2 sent a new sim. Same issue. Waited 24 hours and still an issue. He called again today and they say he should return his phone to the seller, however the phone does work with other sims. Does anyone know how to fix this. We are thinking the only solution is to get his pac and sign up with another provider so he can still use his phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Would appreciate any help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI-SPOILER&gt;</description>
