    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was using my phone and my network randomly just cut out, i cant text, call of use data and I haven't moved for it to cut off, I've restarted my phone, reset network settings and checked the o2 network and nothing seems to give me an answer, what can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue here. Suddenly, as of 11 am today, there is no Data/SMS/RCS 4G/5G. Customer services were of no use, directed here. O2 being very quiet. Service status says all is fine, but this is clearly no the case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
