      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your spend cap allows you to make chargable calls or texts that fall outside of your allowance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example, I have a £10 spend cap and I have just used a shortcode text that cost 15p, leaving me £9.85&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whatever spend cap you have the text is to say you have use half.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would get one @ the £5 level&lt;/P&gt;</description>
