      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having a nightmare. My handset and earbuds were purchased whilst I was with virgin. A month later i was switched to O2 so My mobile service is now provided by 02.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My earbuds are faulty and neither company will help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
