I have tryed Calling 0800 902 0217. And it just ends call I want to confirm iam over the age of 18 but I don’t have a credit card can you please email me and help me

You could go instore with some ID driving licence, or passport, proof of address.

I’m not I’m pay as you go but if I hav like so much money on my phone each month it gives me the next month bundle and I wanna chat to someone to verify my age but don’t have a credit card and the o2 number goes so far and says sorry no one can answer ur call good bye and cuts off

For Pay and go you will need to go into an O2 store with official documentation this can be a passport or driving licence as proof you are 18 or above
