topic Ported number from EE in Tech Support

Hi,my old number has been ported today from EE and everything seems to be working fine apart from that I’m not able to receive any calls,it goes straight to EE voicemail for some reason. I have reset network settings on my iPhone but still doesn’t work. By the way my old EE SIM card is still active, which is also a bit confusing. Am I doing anything wrong or the porting is still not gone through completely? Thanks

It sounds like a split port

Best option is to call O2 and ask them to sort out the porting files with EE

I would give it a little more time just in case the port is still being processed
