Hi.

I am a total tech loser, and want to buy a new Samsung, probably an A34.

How do I get all my info onto the new phone from my A13, as I am told in store that Guru's are no longer available to bail me out? And do I keep my number, don't want that to change?

Use Samsung Smart Switch.

Guide here

If you upgrade, you keep your number automatically but if you buy phone sim free just use your current sim card.

That sounds promising. I am doing Pay as you go, so will that affect anything?

Also, will all my text messages be lost?

Just use your current sim, nothing will be lost.

Smartswitch will backup your texts and restore them to the new phone along with everything else you choose during the process.
