      <description>&lt;P&gt;You've mentioned your signal is fine but you're having signal issues. I suspect by this you mean that your phone displays good coverage indicators but you're having problems using some particular services?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I wondered if the problem was that the signal is normally fine but not at the moment, say because of maintenance work or a mast being temporarily out of commission. However, we just don't know.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
