Hi guys, having issues with data roaming when in the south of Ireland. I have two phones, both pay and go, both on the same tariff and only one of them seem to work in the south. I have tried switching over the sims into the other phones but the problem seems to follow the sim. Why do you need to use both phones when down south you ask? Well the one that isn’t working is my business number in which I really need workin. I have also changed for a new sim in case it was faulty but still no difference. Any remedy for this? Thanks

Do this via social media
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.
