      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't receive text messages. I changed the SIM card, I changed the phone, I also checked on other phones, the problem occurs everywhere. I called the hotline and was promised a solution to the problem, but that was not the promise. What else can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
