    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5369037"&gt;@Susi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to ask O2 to activate it first (unless you are on the new billing system when you can&amp;nbsp; turn it on via My O2)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After it;s been activated, you can turn it on your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Give O2 a call on&amp;nbsp; 202 or 0344 809 202 (Contract)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you can message O2 on social media on Instagram &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CIG" target="_blank"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CIG&lt;/A&gt;), Facebook ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CFB" target="_blank"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CFB&lt;/A&gt;) , Twitter ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CTW" target="_blank"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CTW&lt;/A&gt;).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
