      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dear o2,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please get back in contact with me, as I am in a loop where costs are unfairly spiralling&amp;nbsp;up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For some reason my credit card block O2. now my payment was late, which&amp;nbsp;resulted in my o2 not working (can't call and can't use data).
