    <description>&lt;P&gt;My parcel got dispatched on Thursday 12th October with next day delivery through DPD and I haven't received it yet, but DPD can't help as O2 have given me an incorrect tracking number, any help would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
