putting your sim in another phone (if it works ok, the issue is with your phone)

putting another sim in your phone (if that works, then it might be an issue with your sim)

getting a new sim (either by calling customer services, or visiting your local o2 store with photo ID)

My phone has been terrible recently, I pay so much money because my bills have been increased yet I can’t use my phone to its full capacity. When I make a call it pretty almost every time fails, the internet connection is bad. Pages won’t load, messages won’t send, what’s happening
