And that is a problem with the T&Cs of all UK mobile network operators. It is their "get out of jail" card.

Good morning. I have reported signal issues in my area (M26 1EE). The o2 website states repairs are being carried out and the problem should be resolved by 22nd October. In the last 6 months this has been happened on a regular basis. When I do have signal (4g) the connection is slow. I am paying for a phone that I can only use properly on WiFi or out of my area.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Use wifi calling when at home https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

Seems to be maintenance work so obviously O2 know of problems.

Customer Service won't be able to do anything.

Download My Network App, register for updates and keep reporting. At least you can keep a record of dates
