    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was with O2 on pay monthly, I then got a new device through affordable mobiles but still with O2. I got my pac code and supplied it. I’ve since rung O2 twice to get the number transferred across as I want to keep my old number. Its been a week, how long should it take please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You didn't need a PAC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You just need O2 to migrate the number from the old account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Migration &amp;amp;amp; porting into O2" id="Guide064"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;or give them a call on 202 &amp;nbsp;or 0344 809 0202&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
