Hi,

eSIM Activation failed. Currently shows 'no service' on this now named as Primary number. Problem is now over 24 hours.

Followed process to add to iPhone, then went to account and entered the new SIM Serial Number. Shortly after received a TXT "We've received your sim swap request, and we'll complete it as soon as possible .

Now my old physical SIM is showing as a secondary number (but still the same number), but can no longer make calls or Texts.

Contacted support yesterday but advised "don't worry we have activated the correct SIM"!Done reboot and reset network setting on iPhone to no avail.

Called O2 this morning but overseas call centre staff currently can't access systems - I don't know if this includes UK staff too?

Is there a member of the O2 team on this forum who can help, please? Not really possible to go to O2 shop for a few days.

Many thanks in advance.
