So 2 weeks ago purchased a new contract sim only with O2 this was setup. Needed to bring my personal number from EE into O2 and it hasnt been smooth sailing.

I have to say something so simple has been overwhelming complicated process.

Only up until now we have only just confirmed and had the number ported into O2 as i know this has been done as when i call the number it reaches O2 Voicemail. Yesterday at about 9am my sim lost complete signal with a cross on the o2 sim and the EE sim and the O2 side of the sim has not returned even with multiple resets and full network settings reset no change. Spoke to O2 they said this is sometimes normal but will come back i had zero confidence.

The esim originally setup by o2 with the o2 number has somehow fallen off the o2 network, unsure how as its been working all of the way up until the 9am yesterday. The O2 yesterday evening advised me that the esim has gone faulty and ill need a new esim or sim to register back onto the network. The sim was seeing O2 Pay Monthly APN but would not register to the network.

Also im unable to logon to myo2 this morning 04/10/23 with a O2 error would anyone know why this has happened?

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
