      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am travelling in Europe for the first time since changing from Virgin and cannot access data. Phone calls work fine and I am locked onto Orange F. Data roaming is ON. I have just had a very frustrating call with the helpline - and then the call dropped out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
