Hi

I am driver and working all over Europe, I don’t have problems with roaming in other countries except Germany. Right now I don’t have signal at all, sometimes there is signal with no data or just E. I have other sim and on that is full 5g signal running trough German o2, and on my English o2 esim there is no. I don’t have problems in other countries, any ideas how can I resolve that ?

many thanks

Do this via social media
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.

Some of the German networks don't play nice unless 4G Calling is enabled.

Shouldn't affect data but some reports say it does.

Nothing helps, I called from other sim to helpline, they told me they will call me back. Didn’t even have a chance to ask how if I don’t have signal at all, but it was too late 😅 thanks for your answer anyway

You could leave O2 UK a message on their Social Media platform team (Twitter/X, Facebook or Instagram, the link below will take you there, pick one and keep pinging them about it) and see if they can dig a little further.

Interesting that your O2.de SIM works at full whack, but your O2UK (VMO2) SIM struggles so, @KamilPL

Actually did that. After taking out sim waited till on esim signal will come back. It did so. I have a signal but still not data. When I try to go to Google for example, phone shows that cold not activate mobile data network. Everything is turned on. And signal shows 5g or 4g. Helpdesk not answering for now
