      <description>&lt;P&gt;Easiest option is to visit any O2 store with photo ID and they will replace it free of charge&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise you need to call customer service on 202 or 4445 PAAYG&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, tried my nearest o2 shop, no help, only seemed interested in getting me to upgrade my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As my o2 phone isn't working due to the faulty sim not sure how to contact customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
