my call waiting is enabled on iOs … however since I’ve been moved to O2 I get a missed call message to my text instead

this is extremely dangerous for me as I’m disabled, & if waiting for a consultant/Dr call back. It’s impossible for me to get back to them as they move onto other patients.

call waiting is DEFINITELY enabled on my device

That was very abrupt, appli, just missed a call appointment due to this, setting back a treatment plan. I’d be very grateful for any a& all suggestions & apologies this wasn’t in my initial description
